You may not scrape, redistribute, or resell HobbyComp data without written permission. Automated access to the platform without authorization is prohibited.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. HobbyComp is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account. Please use a unique, strong password and enable two-factor authentication when available.

4. Community conduct

HobbyComp's community spaces are intended for constructive collector discussion. Users may not post spam, harassment, fraudulent trade listings, or content that violates applicable law. Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent account termination.

5. Trade board

HobbyComp facilitates communication between collectors but is not a party to any trade or sale. All transactions are between users directly. HobbyComp does not hold funds, guarantee transactions, or provide escrow services.

6. Limitation of liability

HobbyComp provides comp data as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party pricing data and are not liable for any financial decisions made based on our platform. Past comp prices are not a guarantee of future values.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of HobbyComp after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
